What is the Backup Policy on our Virtual Servers At AlexHost, we understand the critical importance of data security and availability, which is why we offer regular backup services to ensure that your data is always protected. Our backup system is designed to perform automatic backups once a week, capturing the state of your data and server configurations. This means that, in the event of unexpected data loss or a technical issue, you can rest assured that a recent copy of your data is safely stored and ready to be restored. We cannot provide exact backup dates. Upon request to support, you will be informed of the specific dates from which your VPS can be restored. If you have an active service, you can request a backup absolutely free of charge. If your service has been terminated, the restoration fee is €20. If you have violated the rules, we will not be able to restore your service or provide you with a backup.
